Nature of our services
Média Améthyste ltée provides software and technology services to businesses. This website is informational: it does not sell food, accept card payments, or allow subscriptions to be purchased directly.
Service cancellations
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any commitments are set out in the agreement with each client. This page does not promise a universal withdrawal period or cancellation policy.
Refund requests
Business clients may request a billing review by emailing contact@amethys.ca. Requests are reviewed according to the relevant agreement and applicable law. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed outside those terms.
Orders placed with a restaurant
For food orders placed through a restaurant’s website or application, contact that restaurant directly. Food-order cancellation and refund policies are determined by the relevant merchant.
